It also retains a loose mineral crystal, believed to be \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003egalena\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, which would have formed part of the radio’s detector.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe radio comes with its charming period \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eBryant \u0026amp; May painted metal matchbox holder\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, into which it fits neatly.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePurchased from the grandson of the former owner, who told us it had been \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003efound amongst his grandfather’s WWII belongings\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e.
