This incredibly rare child’s art portfolio is the work of a certain Nora Wright from St. Hilda’s, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex and spans her entries into the Royal Drawing society Annual competition from age 14-18, 1925-1928.

Each years entry has been mounted on a heavy mount board and retains each year’s results label.

L53cm W35.5cm Per board. There are four in total and each is single sided.

The delightful imaginings and interpretations of a girl in her early to late teens is a wonderful glimpse into the innocence of the time and the romanticism of a young woman.

These works would be lovely framed individually or even just as they are in a large frame. They’d be wonderful for a nursery school, an art schoool or even a playroom.
