Steven Nicholas is an artist who takes inspiration from the scenery, the seasons and the natural world of the English countryside as well as the art of the past. 

His background in photography is evident in his ability to capture the contrast of light and dark and the editing of his subject matter.

Each piece is built up with several layers of Sennelier chalk pastel on Pastelmat 360 g/m² - 170 lb paper.

They are framed in original Reclaimed wooden frames by Luna Design.
