Found Object Mother of Pearl Fish Necklace by Jealous Moon Jewellery

A stunning, one of a kind reworked vintage necklace. 

The pendant is a Victorian Mother of Pearl fish gaming token which I’ve added silver jump rings and hung on a chain. 

Finished with a hand made silver plated clasp.

In each design I seek to work with the vision of the original creator in designing a contemporary piece of jewellery with a nod to its past but a new take on how it can be worn and enjoyed today. 

I employ modern silversmithing and jewellery making skill to wonderful, old found objects thus giving new life to interesting things. 

I call this my “Found Object” collection.
