Found Object Vintage Beaded Necklace with Antique Bisque Doll Arm by Jealous Moon Jewellery

A stunning, one of a kind, reworked vintage beaded necklace. 

The necklace has been hand strung using blue faceted precious crystal beads, vintage simulated pearls, sterling silver beads and Swarovski crystal beads. The pendants are a collection of a large turquoise bead, a mother of pearl leaf and an antique bisque doll arm which I’ve painted with a very faded sleeve tattoo. 

Finished with a hand made silver plated clasp.

In each design I seek to work with the vision of the original creator in designing a contemporary piece of jewellery with a nod to its past but a new take on how it can be worn and enjoyed today. 

I employ modern silversmithing and jewellery making skill to wonderful, old found objects thus giving new life to interesting things. 

I call this my “Found Object” collection.
