A large Victorian unearthed stoneware pottery preserve jar with a hand painted quote.

With ancient patina and signs of having been underground but in good condition. No Chips or cracks.

Hand painted using traditional sign writing materials and techniques.

Perfect for small bouquets and garden pickings.

*Care instructions- as these pieces are hand painted we recommend avoiding abrasive cloths or detergents. A soft, dry cloth lightly applied is best.

Although the paint we use is water resistant and each piece  sealed to protect it from damage, care should be taken when filling and emptying the vessel.
